Jane Myers had been a widow for only a year when friends convinced Jane to come to the El Mirage Dry Lakes that September to meet Al (Al had no idea of the groups plan ). It took Jane approximately two seconds to fall for this wonderful gentleman. The rest is history! |

Al gets help and support from his many friends, and his crew is 100% volunteer. (some pay their own way to Bonneville several times each year) |
|
The majority of the cost for building and redesigning the car were born by Al himself, however there are many supporters who have contributed to the effort, and we sincerely thank them all. Since 1988, Al’s wife Jane has contributed her moral and financial support to Al’s quest. This has not been just a project for Al, but a dream coming true for the both of them, and all their wonderful friends and family. |

MANY THANKS TO OUR CURRENT SPONSORS ! |
